REFUND POLICY
-
Each class for the
Children’s Arts Project is open to a limited number of registrants.
In registering your child for a class, you are holding a valuable
slot which is then not available to another child. In the event that
your child cannot participate in a session in which he/she has
registered. a 90% refund will be issued when a minimum of seven (7)
days advance notice is given. If less then seven days advance notice
is given, a 75% refund will be issued. Once a session has begun, no
refund can be given, however we are willing to offer a credit for
drop-in studio time or for use towards a future class. Please allow 30 days for refund
processing.
Make-up classes
-
We understand illness
is part of every day life. In the event that your child is ill and
cannot attend a scheduled class, you are welcome to attend a similar
class during that session or drop-in studio as a make-up. Please
contact the CAP office to schedule make-up classes.
Don't
see what you want?
- We strive to offer a
diverse schedule with classes that fit in even the busiest schedules. Still,
if you don't see what you want, simply call CAP at 704-896-8823, or email us, and we'll start a list. If there is enough interest, we'll
make every effort to offer the class!
School
Days/Cancellations
- Our schedule follows
the Charlotte-Mecklenburg school calendar. In most instances, if public
school is out, CAP is not in session either. These days off have been
accounted for in our weekly schedules. If school is cancelled due to
inclement weather, CAP classes are cancelled as well, and a make-up
class will be scheduled.
The Fine
Print...
- Children's Arts Project is not liable for any bodily or property damage incurred by the
participants enrolled in CAP programs.
