HubCAPS
is an initiative of the Children’s Arts Project, is a non-profit arts
organization, and was started, in part, through an ASC North Town
Initiative Grant from the Arts and Science Council. Additional partners have included the Town of Cornelius Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture (PARC)
Department, the Town of Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department, Solomon
House of Huntersville and St. Mark's Catholic Church Faith Rocks Program.
