As a Non-Profit The Community Arts Project always appreciates and relies on donations to help support our upcoming classes and workshops. In addition to monetary donations, which are always welcome, we have developed this Wish List of items to help you to better understand our needs.
Many of the items we are looking for are everyday household items that you throw away on a daily basis, or things that will be on sale when you’re shopping for school supplies. So please keep us in mind while getting ready for back to school!
Recycled Items Include:
Packing Materials (ie. Styrofoam and Packing Peanuts)
Cardboard Jewelry Boxes
Egg Cartons
Bottle Caps, Lids
Old Curtains, Tablecloths, Sheets
Buttons, Threads, Ribbon, & Miscellaneous Sewing Materials
Paper of any kind (including signs or posters - we’ll use the back!)
Purchased Items Include:
Rulers
Colored Pencils, Markers, Crayons, Sharpies, Pencils, Dry Erase Markers
Paper (All kinds)
Erasers
Elmers Glue Sticks
Paint Brushes (All sizes & Types)
Tape (All types, colors, sizes) We love Duct tape!!!
Paper Towels
Liquid Soap refill
Hand Sanitizer refill
Clear Plastic Bins with lids - all sizes
Large stackable plastic trays
Mat Board, tag board, foam core board
Clay - modeling clay and air dry clays
Larger Items:
Plastic tables (like patio furniture style) for mobile events- easy to transport
A new heavy-duty vacuum cleaner
A large paper shredder
Rolling carts or dolly
Area Rugs or large remnants of carpeting
A Mobile-art vehicle!
A new building space!
Please drop off any donations to the office because we have DONATION RECEIPTS for your taxes that we can give you for your generous gifts.
